In the glamorous surrounds of BAFTA HQ in central London I had the pleasure of supporting The Guerilla Experience's 'Get Ahead in TV' speed coaching event.
The event was targetted at individuals looking to develop a successful business or career in the TV and Film industry and providing them with coaching and mentoring guidance in a fun and energised environment.
I was invited to lead the group coaching sessions at which the delegates were introduced to the 'Wheel of Anything' tool. This is a simple yet versatile exercise that helps identify those areas that would benefit from further exploration and focus to bring balance to your life, career etc.
Individuals also participated in powerful 10 minute speed coaching sessions to help them generate ideas, formulate their thoughts, desired goals and plans to take their business or career to the next level. Definitely a rewarding day that was enjoyed by all those who attended.
